Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can install Obsidian and open a terminal, you're set. We handle everything else on the onboarding call.
What happens after the Kickstart?
You own the vault. No retainer required. If you want ongoing maintenance — CLAUDE.md updates, Brain Report, upgrades — you can add Concierge at any time.
What's in the Brain Report?
Top 3 topics Claude processed this month, CLAUDE.md changes made and why, inbox items older than 7 days flagged, and one improvement planned for next month. It's how you know your AI is working. Every month you see what it processed, what changed, and what's next.
What's the voice pipeline?
You send a voice note to a Telegram bot. It transcribes it with Whisper, routes it to the right file in your vault, and commits the change to your private git backup.
Can I cancel the retainer?
Yes — 30-day email notice, no partial refund on the current month. Minimum 3 months on Concierge.
Why does this cost more than a Fiverr gig?
A Fiverr gig sets up a generic vault. BrainKit configures a system specifically for your workflow, then maintains it. The $30 setup will stop working in 3 months. This one doesn't.
Is my data private?
Your vault lives on your Mac and a private GitHub repo only you and Johannes can access. Voice notes go through OpenAI Whisper API and Claude Code CLI only.
What if my Mac breaks or I get a new one?
Your vault is backed up to a private GitHub repo. Setup on a new machine takes 20 minutes with setup.sh.
